Break out your fishing rods, head to the ponds, and get comfortable -- it's time for the 7th Annual Billy Budd Fishing Tournament. Wow, seven years strong, and Billy has something reel-y special in his tackle box to commemorate this momentous occasion. What, you ask? Well, the winners will receive an exclusive fishing shirt for their Toon!
The competition begins Friday, November 20 at 12:00 a.m. Toontown Time (PST) and runs through Monday, November 23 -- for a full four days of fishing fun! The top 20 Toons in each of the five fishing rod categories (twig, bamboo, hardwood, steel, and gold) who catch the most fish -- per day -- will net an exclusive fishing shirt for their Toon. So stock up on jellybeans, bait your lines, and may the best fisher-Toons win!

- Enhanced "Ignore" button functionality, so that other requests are properly ignored as well besides emotes and chats. Now Friend Requests and Boarding Group requests will also be ignored.
- Changed dates and catalog sale items for Thanksgiving and Winter Holidays.
- Properly sized textures for Winter Holiday decoration.

That's right, Toons -- the legendary Toontown fishing extravaganza is right around the corner, and this year Billy has something reel-y special in his tackle box for the winners. So hightail it over to the nearest fishing pond and start practicing, because Billy is looking for the best fisher-Toons in town.

Halloween may be over, but don't despair ... the
spirited fun will return next year. The Toon Council sends a huge thank you to
all of the Toons for making this our biggest Halloween celebration ever! The
decorations were spooktacular, the pumpkin-headed Toons delightful, and the
Bloodsuckers frightful! Don't forget to say hello to each of the new black cat
Toons for us, and be sure to help them with their ToonTasks -- we need them in
our never-ending fight against the Cogs. Plus, it's a nice thing to do!
