If you just have jellybeans burning a hole in your pocket, cannons might help cure your urge to splurge. Cannons can be rented from Clarabelle’s Cattlelog for a 48-hour period. You will receive six cannons spread throughout your estate to play two entertaining games. You can play in a pinball mode as well as a toon-up mode to regain Laff points.

How do I rent them?

You will see the option to rent the cannons for 48 hours in the upper left corner of the first page of your cattlelog. The cost is 1000 beans for the entire 48 hour rental.

Your cannon delivery will arrive shortly after ordering, usually within five minutes. Once they do arrive, check your mailbox to find your 48 Hours of Cannons rental.

The cannons can be used immediately or you can save them for a later use. If you would like to save them for later, just select cancel at the begin rental prompt. They will remain in your mailbox until you are ready to use them.

Once you select OK, you will be presented with your six cannons for use.

How do I use the cannons?

I hope you’re feeling like a piece of ammunition, because with the cannons, you are the ammo! Once you are ready to play, simply run up behind a cannon to load your toon into the cannon.

The Games

You are loaded into the cannon, bracing for your toon life, now what?
It’s time to have some fun! The cannon is always in pinball mode. Pinball mode works like a standard pinball game, only in the sky. A score box will popup that will list the current high score, your best score, and the score at the moment.

Controlling the cannon is very easy. Press the yellow arrow buttons or simply use your arrow buttons on your keyboard to aim the cannon. Once you are confident and ready to fire, hit the red circle FIRE button.

When your toon is in the air, you have no control in what it hits or where it lands. Your toon can reflect off of the clouds, trees, and the houses. Hitting the ice cream bars also add to your score. If you hit the CTRL key while in flight, you will create a blue cloud. This will alter your flight path if you launch from that cannon again.

The pinball game is a lot of fun if you can get some of your best toon friends to come over and play with you. The pinball mode is mainly for entertainment purposes, but the toon-up game works towards your toon’s advantage. The toon-up game plays in fourteen-second intervals. You will be notified when it starts by chat bubbles seen below.

Your goal is to hit the red target in the center of the estate sky. The more you hit it in the fourteen-second period, the more your laff will be refilled. After you are shot into the sky, you will of course land. Landing is usually quite rough, but doesn’t affect your laff meter. You will need to run to the nearest cannon to be reloaded to continue to play.

Do I get to keep the cannons after my 48 hours are up?

Unfortunately the cannons only come as a rental, and currently do not have a purchase option. You can though continue to rent the cannons for 48 hours as many times as you like. This is of course with the 1000 bean rental cost.
